The George Street development is taking shape, with Holmes Construction leading the build of what will become the new home for Holmes Group. The space will bring together both Holmes Construction and Holmes Architecture under one roof, creating a purpose-built environment designed to support collaboration and growth.
The team is set to move in from the week commencing 18 May 2026, marking a significant milestone for the project. While this is an exciting step forward, the site will remain active, with some construction works continuing through June and July as final elements are completed.
The development has been designed as a shared business hub, with additional office spaces to accommodate more businesses, contributing to a more connected and dynamic local working environment. The site also includes 46 on-site car parks, helping to support accessibility in the area.
Looking ahead, there are plans to introduce an on-site café, adding further amenity for both tenants and the wider community.
