Property vandals have been on a binge between Ballantrae Pl and Hawkestone St. The graffiti map has the sites located and reported to WCC. There are a few locations which WCC will not clean because these public assets ‘belong’ to another authority, namely NZ Transport Agency. NZTA’s delays in cleaning their assets jeopardise the efforts of the other cleaners … because, graffiti begets graffiti.
